woodinville, wa, is one of my absolute favorite areas for weddings. it is just over 30 minutes outside of seattle, but feels like a world away, like pnw’s own slice of tuscany. rolling hills, grapevines, golden light, and, of course, WINE. lots of really good wine. if you’re planning a wedding here, you’ve got some stunning options to choose from.
as a wedding photographer based in seattle, i’ve been lucky enough to shoot all over the pnw, including woodinville! below are some of my favorite woodinville wedding venues for couples dreaming of romance, wine, and vineyard views.
things to consider when choosing your woodinville wedding venue
do you want indoor, outdoor, or a mix? many venues have gorgeous garden spaces but weather backups are key
how many people are you inviting? make sure your dream venue can accommodate the amount of people you’d like to bring. and some venues may have special deals for micro weddings.
do you want to keep things all in one place? some venues offer overnight stays, wine tastings, and catering—others are more mix + match.
what season are you aiming for? late summer and early fall give you peak vines, golden hour light, and cooler evenings.

chateau lil
if you’re dreaming of a storybook-style estate wedding, chateau lill might just be your perfect match. this european-inspired venue offers vineyard views, lush gardens, and a stone terrace that feels straight out of the french countryside.
the estate can host weddings of various sizes and up to 200 people. it has a picturesque outdoor lawns, covered patio, and a cozy indoor wine cave for smaller events of up to 35 seated. it’s elegant, timeless, and a total showstopper during golden hour.
jm cellars
jm cellars is private, woodsy, and absolutely gorgeous. it feels a little more tucked-away and hidden, surrounded by trees and dappled light. they can host a wedding of up to 100 people and the patio and lawn spaces are ideal for a ceremony + cocktail hour!
this is one of those venues where every detail feels elevated, from the architecture to the wine pairings. it’s private, peaceful, and totally customizable.
willows lodge
willows lodge is one of the most versatile venues in woodinville. you can make it your full wedding weekend experience with luxury suites, spa time, incredible food, and lush gardens for portraits.
you can host your ceremony in the garden gazebo, celebrate with a gourmet dinner by their award winning restaurant, and have fun gathering around their wood-burning fire pits and make s’mores.
the venue can host up to 130 guests, or if you choose an outdoor option and rent your own tent, they can host up to 200 guests seated.
columbia collective
for couples who want an indoor venue with lots of flexibility and style, columbia collective is a great option. it’s spacious, with tons of light and cool architectural details, but still surrounded by that signature woodinville greenery. they’ve thought through every flow—from ceremony to dance floor.
their indoor and outdoor options allow you to host your wedding during any weather and season. this venue is perfect for large weddings, with the tasting room accommodating up to 350 people, the ballroom can host up to 650 guests, and the barrel room—up to 800.
novelty hill-januik
this is one of the sleekest spots in woodinville with modern architecture, warm wood, concrete textures and lots of natural light. their wine is incredible, and the garden and outdoor setup is a whole vibe in the summer.
the outdoor gardens are stunning for ceremonies or cocktail hour, and the indoor space transitions beautifully into an elegant dinner setting. their in-house amenities can accommodate groups of up to 120 people, however, their max capacity is 200 with additional rentals.
