harry’s fine foods: a gem for your micro wedding in seattle
can’t choose between a classic outdoor pnw ceremony or a chic city dinner party with your favorite people? you don’t have to. a & c did both and it was absolute magic. their micro wedding in seattle reminded me exactly why i love intimate days like these…
i’m honestly obsessed with how perfectly this day came together. it had everything: a sweet, private outdoor ceremony surrounded by the lush greenery of the pacific northwest, followed by an upscale dinner party (and karaoke, obviously) in one of seattle’s most unique restaurant spaces. harry’s fine foods might be one of the best-kept secrets for couples who want a celebration that’s stylish, unfussy, and full of intention.
the luxury of planning a micro wedding in seattle
if you’re wondering whether a micro wedding is “worth it,” trust me when i say that it is. smaller guest list, bigger experience. with fewer people, you can actually splurge on things like a multi-course gourmet meal, custom cocktails, luxurious florals, live art, and super personalized details, without stretching your budget across 150 plates.
a & c had 40 guests total, which was the sweet spot to celebrate at harry’s. they did a full buyout of the restaurant, terrace, and upstairs rooms, creating a cozy, curated vibe where every person felt like part of something intimate and special.
they started with a ceremony at the pond at the washington park arboretum, with ten of their closest people, surrounded by towering trees and calm water. then, everyone headed back to harry’s for a full evening of food, drinks, and dancing (and yes, epic karaoke).

why harry’s fine foods is perfect for a micro wedding in seattle
this venue is tucked into capitol hill, but it feels like you’ve stumbled into a little garden party meets cool city dinner spot. harry’s offers a full buyout of the restaurant, terrace, and upstairs rooms, which means your wedding can feel like an exclusive, totally yours experience.
it’s ideal for 35 to 40 guests. anything more would feel tight, but for micro weddings, it’s a dream. the food is seasonal and high-end without feeling overdone. the vibe is elegant and cozy at the same time. and the staff is also wonderful and professional.
bonus: one of the upstairs rooms is decked out in full moroccan lounge style. moody lighting. velvet cushions. rich colors. it’s built-in atmosphere. a & c turned that space into a post-dinner karaoke lounge and it was perfect.
with moody lighting, curated interiors, and beautifully plated food, this space was made for couples who want their wedding to feel both high-end and totally them. just a heads up: lighting can get pretty dark in spots (this is where a professional seattle wedding photographer really comes in handy), but it adds to the romantic, cozy vibe.
