i'm julie. i collect nostalgia for a living.

i show up on seattle wedding days with cameras, yes. but also with a timeline i've near memorized, a plan for wrangling your aunt suzie who doesn't know where to stand, and something in my back pocket for when the nerves start creeping in. usually it's a bad joke and it works more than it should!

i am consistently ranked amongst the best seattle wedding photographers and it's such an honor to document these once in a lifetime moments for people. being trusted with something this sacred still gets me every single time!

i studied photography in college and went to film school in southern california, where i fell completely in love with what a moving image can do to a feeling. i won awards for my short films, then life took me into wedding photography, which turned out to be the best possible thing. now i get to do both! i shoot digital, 35mm and 120mm, and authentic super 8 film, and bringing all three to a wedding day feels like coming full circle in my life.

i lead an incredible team of washington wedding photographers and videographers who bring the same energy, instincts, and commitment to the moments that actually matter. so whether it's just me or the whole crew, you're in good hands!
